About The Position

Join the ASPIRE program at Seattle Children’s! We are an energetic, forward-thinking team dedicated to supporting pediatric surgical research and innovation. Our surgeons are at the forefront of medicine, developing and studying cutting-edge techniques across multiple specialties, including otolaryngology and urology. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse, multidisciplinary research teams across the organization to successfully implement, manage, and complete groundbreaking clinical drug and device research trials.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of research-related experience OR Master’s Degree in related discipline and one (1) year of research-related experience.
Familiarity with GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Organize protocol implementations, coordinate site initiation visits, and conduct routine monitoring of ongoing clinical studies.
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation.
Ensure all research projects are strictly conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies, departmental guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
Act as a key liaison between surgical investigators, research teams, and institutional stakeholders.
