About The Position

Assist the Behavioral and Clinical Outcomes Research Program (BCORP) within the Cancer and Blood Disorders Center clinical research team in the organization, implementation, and completion of behavioral, psychosocial, and clinical research trials. Assist with participant recruitment, data collection, and behavioral intervention delivery. Maintain regulatory documents; assist principal investigators in protocol implementation and routine monitoring of clinical studies. Along with the PI, ensure that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies/departmental guidelines, and standards of Good Clinical Practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in research or a related field/setting.
  • Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric research experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
