About The Position

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple research projects. Recruit, screen, and enroll potential study subjects as specified per protocol. Conduct study visits, collect and process specimens. Monitor and track subjects to ensure protocol adherence and safety. Collect, review, and report timely, valid, accurate study data for research studies. Develop study protocol source documents, databases, and case report forms. Maintain databases and study documentation. Meet regularly with the Principal Investigator and study team to identify problems and develop solutions. Prepare and submit Institutional Review Board documentation including all submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science and 4 to 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • This position is contingent upon grant funding.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain study regulatory documents; follow research protocols to recruit participants; data entry and management of study data; meet regularly with PI and study staff; manage study samples and perform additional duties as assigned
