About The Position

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) at ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model supported by ICON’s global expertise. You will contribute to clinical trial monitoring activities, take responsibility for your deliverables, and work collaboratively. The role supports the development of treatments that benefit patients worldwide. The position requires approximately 60% travel and the employee must be located in PA, NY, NJ, MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, or RI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%).
• Must be located in PA, NY, NJ, MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, or RI.
• Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
