About The Position

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) will work in a sponsor-dedicated model at ICON Strategic Solutions, supporting a client’s cardiovascular and obesity trials. The role is based in Miami, Florida, and involves clinical trial monitoring activities with responsibility for assigned deliverables and collaboration with study teams. The CRA contributes to ensuring trials are conducted in accordance with protocols, with reliable data and patient safety protected throughout the study process. The position requires approximately 60% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 60%.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Review data and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
