Requirements

  • 1-2 years of clinical research experience.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving research environments with changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and implement practical solutions.
  • Proficiency with research systems, databases, and standard office software; ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all research portfolio activities.
  • Maintain real-time knowledge of assigned research protocols.
  • Act as a critical facilitator for a multidisciplinary team encompassing data and patient management, as well as regulatory oversight.
  • Effectively communicate the overall study progress to various internal and/or external partners, identify study trends, and build/implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with research staff, physicians, CTNs, and external partners to ensure smooth trial execution.
  • Perform diverse research-related functions using good judgment and outstanding organizational skills.
