About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is hiring an Evening Clinical Research Assistant (Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist) to support patients through clinical trials. This role is a great fit for med techs, phlebotomy-certified techs, or nursing students who want real patient-care hours that don't conflict with daytime classes or clinicals. The position involves welcoming and guiding patients, collecting vitals, EKGs, and interview data, performing phlebotomy and processing lab specimens, supporting scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance, and partnering with study teams to ensure trials run smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• Enrolled in or completed a nursing, med tech, or medical assisting program — OR 6+ months of medical office experience
• Flexibility for evening and occasional weekend shifts
• Reliable transportation for the midnight shift end

Nice To Haves

• Phlebotomy experience or certification a plus
• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine patient-first mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities
