The Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine is looking to hire a Clinical Research Assistant II to support the research team by implementing steps and processes of a clinical research protocol. The Clinical Research Assistant II will support the implementation and evaluation of a multi-year clinical trial evaluating an educational intervention for young adults (ages 19–26) with autism spectrum disorder (YAASD). This is a NIMH-funded study that will be conducted over 4.5 years, that will involve delivering a 10 total 12-week workshop courses during the grant period. The Resilience in Action (RiA) curriculum has been shown to build resilience, increase self-awareness of strengths and skills, build upon those skills, and promote the acquisition of new skills, to support YAASD in achieving their self-directed goals.
