About The Position

This position provides assistance in support of clinical research studies. The role involves assisting with the implementation and coordination of studies, participating in the recruitment of study participants, performing behavioral or diagnostic testing, and assisting with the collection, maintenance, and reporting of clinical research data. This is a hybrid role with expectations to work weekends and evenings, with a focus on Thursday – Sunday. The position will also serve as an alternative for the travel team on Saturday based on study needs. Travel will be approximately 20-25% of the responsibilities, requiring a valid driver’s license for day trips across Ohio. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences, health sciences, or medical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a research capacity is desired
• Knowledge or experience in a specialty may be desired
• Experience in phlebotomy may be desired
• Experience performing basic laboratory procedures to process biological specimens may be desired
• Computer skill required with knowledge of database software applications desired
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check
• A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process
