About The Position
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant (CRA) to support clinical trial activities at our CNS-focused research site in Austin. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with prior clinical research experience who is eager to grow in the CNS space. This position will support both our new CNS site and our established Austin location as needed during the ramp-up phase.
Requirements
- Prior clinical research experience required
- Strong phlebotomy and lab skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and patient interaction skills
Nice To Haves
- CNS experience (e.g., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder) is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination of clinical trials from start-up through close-out
- Support patient visits, including clinical procedures and data collection
- Perform phlebotomy and basic lab processing tasks
- Maintain accurate source documentation and assist with regulatory compliance
- Work closely with coordinators, investigators, and site staff
- Flex between CNS site and existing Austin clinic based on study needs
