About The Position

DeepSight Technology Inc. is hiring a critical thinker with a hunger to excel and a knack for connecting with clients for our St. Louis, MO team! As our full-time Clinical Research and Development Specialist, you'll contribute to more efficient diagnostics services by educating users on our technology and ensuring they get the most out of our products. Depending on qualifications, you'll make $100,000 - $160,000/year. Our stealth-mode startup has developed breakthrough ultrasound imaging technology. This new technology will extend both the range and clarity of current systems by 10x-100x! We are setting new standards that will dramatically improve ultrasound's capabilities for many years. To develop and improve this technology, we need dedicated team players on our side. We hope you'll be one of them!

Requirements

  • ARDMS (or equivalent) certification in abdomen OR two additional active general imaging or vascular credentials
  • 5+ years of related experience operating ultrasound equipment in a clinical or medical setting
  • 2+ years of direct experience in R&D ultrasound image optimization and system development for general imaging applications (abdominal, small parts, vascular, pediatrics, etc.)
  • Clinical ultrasound teaching experience
  • Commercial ultrasound system installation experience
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to the St. Louis area
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Completion of a 3-year program in diagnostic medical sonography or ultrasound technology
  • Completion of a 2- to 3-year program in a related allied health field AND a 1 year post-diploma program in diagnostic medical sonography from an accredited institution

Responsibilities

  • Travel to clinicians' locations, learn their workflow and visualization goals, and ensure our products meet their requirements
  • Perform validation tests and collaborate with product/realization teams to ensure our products are safe, efficient, and in alignment with the user's imaging requirements
  • Conduct clinical research for design requirements, analyze research data, and present information clearly and concisely
  • Educate end-users on our technology and best practices to help them seamlessly adopt and use our products
  • Maintain product documents, plans, studies, research reports, etc.
