Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • License must be current and in good standing
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High personal integrity and professionalism
  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of MDS, care planning, and long-term care regulations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, social services, and other departments
  • Assist with developing and updating resident care plans
  • Monitor documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes
  • Track assessment schedules and submission deadlines
  • Help maximize reimbursement while maintaining resident-centered care
  • Serve as a resource for team members regarding assessment and care planning processes
  • Promote Ridgewood's mission, vision, and values through excellence in resident care
