About The Position
Diversified Rehabilitation Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Registered Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary team supporting clients across Kelowna and Lake Country, British Columbia. This permanent full-time opportunity focuses on providing specialized psychological services to first responders, veterans, and individuals experiencing operational stress injuries (OSI), trauma-related conditions, workplace psychological injuries, and complex mental health challenges. Requirements
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) required
- Completion of an approved pre-doctoral internship required
- Full registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Psychologist with the CHCPBC required
- Strong psychological assessment and psychometric interpretation skills
- Experience preparing clinical reports and treatment documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare environment
- Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and client-centered care approach
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and case management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with trauma, operational stress injuries, first responders, veterans, or disability management considered an asset
- Training in evidence-based trauma therapies such as EMDR, CPT, PE, or trauma-focused CBT strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and psychometric testing interpretation
- Delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy including EMDR, CBT, and trauma-focused interventions
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Preparing psychological reports supporting disability management and return-to-work planning
- Participating in interdisciplinary case reviews and care coordination
- Contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives
