About The Position
Vista Specialty Hospital is seeking a Clinical Dietitian responsible for the assessment and planning of the nutritional care of patients in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, policies, and procedures. This role works in coordination with the Nutrition Services Supervisor/Manager to ensure quality food service and nutritional care is provided to patients. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000, paid in installments over a 1-year term.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association or registry eligible.
- License as mandated by the state in which employed if applicable.
- Verifiable internship through a dietetic program.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Membership in the American Dietetic Association strongly preferred.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Experience in acute clinical care, nutrition support, and disease-specific nutrition preferred.
