About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare is looking for an on-site Clinical Recruiter who is experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized. This individual will partner with department leaders throughout the organization to attract, recruit, and hire top-quality clinical professionals.
In this highly collaborative role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment of licensed clinical positions, union and non-union, working closely with nurse managers, clinical directors, service line leaders, and HR partners to ensure staffing levels support patient care, quality, and safety priorities.
The Clinical Recruiter leads strategic clinical recruitment initiatives, builds and maintains strong talent pipelines, and delivers consistent, positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. This role ensures all recruitment activities align with Jefferson Healthcare policies, applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and federal, state, and local employment laws, including Washington State requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting high-volume clinical recruitment
• 2+ years of recruitment experience within a healthcare system
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices, and employment compliance
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience
• Five or more years of general office experience
• Three or more years working in Human Resources
• Healthcare experience
• Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Professional-level Human Resources certification and/or license
