Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of recruiting experience, OR 5+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or clinical recruiting strongly preferred).
  • Robust experience managing the full clinical recruitment lifecycle within an ATS—ideally Workday—including high‑volume or hard‑to-fill clinical requisitions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern recruitment practices including sourcing, screening, and assessing targeted clinical talent; managing complex panel interviews; and facilitating the hiring process through offer acceptance.
  • Familiarity with clinical recruitment tools and talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and healthcare‑specific sourcing channels, plus a general understanding of emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building partnerships with clinical leaders, influencing interview teams, and driving positive hiring outcomes.
  • High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.

Responsibilities

  • Managing requisition kick-off processes for clinical and patient‑facing roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to establish and document the Interview Game Plan and ensuring all selection team members have the information they need to assess clinical competency and fit.
  • Transforming clinical job descriptions into targeted, compelling job advertisements designed to attract licensed and credentialed healthcare professionals.
  • Manage job postings and direct sourcing efforts across clinical hiring platforms (such as nursing boards, healthcare job boards, and LinkedIn) to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified clinical talent enters the top of the recruitment funnel.
  • Reviewing and short‑listing applicants with a focus on validating clinical experience, licensure, certifications, and scope‑of‑practice alignment.
  • Conduct effective screenings to assess skills, patient-care experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitating the clinical interview process in alignment with the Interview Game Plan, ensuring timely scheduling with providers, hiring leaders, and clinical panel interviewers.
  • Provide frequent, proactive communication to all stakeholders to maintain momentum and transparency.
  • Managing and guiding stakeholder expectations across both clinical and non‑clinical partners, ensuring a smooth, consistent experience for hiring leaders, candidates, and operational partners.
  • Coordinating the offer process—including extending offers, managing negotiations, closing clinical candidates, and overseeing all administrative processes related to compliance, onboarding requirements, and credentialing workflows.
  • Managing data and maintaining accurate workflow adherence within the ATS (Workday).
  • Ensure compliance with Recruiting Operations processes as well as all federal, state, and regulatory requirements related to hiring clinical personnel.
