About The Position

As a Recruiter at Lyra Health, you'll help grow our Provider Network by finding and attracting top talent. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with recruiting leadership, partner with clinical strategy and operations, and ensure a positive recruitment experience. Requirements

  • 2+ years recruitment experience and desire to develop recruiting expertise.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods and technologies.
  • Proven talent sourcing and pipeline development skills.
  • Experience partnering with recruitment management and stakeholders.
  • Dedicated to positive recruitment experience.
  • Highly motivated with a focus on continuous learning.
  • Receptive to mentorship and feedback.
  • Consistently delivers excellent results.
  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with recruiting leadership and operational teams to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with providers and ensure a positive provider experience.
  • Conduct thorough and analytical provider evaluations.
  • Maintain and update recruitment database records with accuracy.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
  • Stay updated with recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Align strategic objectives and leverage data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Engage in proactive and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support team members, solicit feedback, and implement improvements as appropriate.
