Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to recruit talent using a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, job boards, and social media. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates while ensuring organizational needs are met. Technology Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare recruiting. Knowledge of current industry trends and regulations surrounding clinical recruitment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive phone interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for both the candidate and the organization.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates and clinical professionals for current and future needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, compensation data, and industry best practices to ensure competitive advantage in attracting top talent.
  • Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary, relocation packages, and benefits, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
  • Adaptability: Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
