Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to recruit talent using a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, job boards, and social media. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates while ensuring organizational needs are met. Technology Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare recruiting. Knowledge of current industry trends and regulations surrounding clinical recruitment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Skills & Attributes: Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all recruitment efforts are accurate and timely. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges in the recruitment process and find creative solutions.
