What we are looking for: A Recruiter I who will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles in the company. Our ideal candidate will bring prior experience in talent acquisition, be committed to an outstanding candidate experience, have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise creative sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with others across various departments and to respond to unique needs and challenging markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, ADP experience a plus
  • Skilled communicator, both in writing and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare services preferred, but not required
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience in using professional networks to proactively source candidates.
  • Proficiency in optimizing recruiting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compelling storyteller able to deliver excitement about the company and the role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills to enhance team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented and proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, following through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Source applicants through online channels and professional networks.
  • Create competency and behaviorally based interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs and references.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Summarize feedback from candidate interviews via succinct, well-organized interview notes to share with interviewers.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and start date, while ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
