The Clinical Receptionist is responsible for setting the tone of the patient's visit by greeting patients in-person and over the telephone, making appointments, answering questions, entering and reviewing information in the electronic scheduling and records systems, and facilitating patient requests for access and information. This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can multi-task, work in a team environment, and is committed to helping patients access needed services in a busy environment. Related experience or customer service training is preferred. This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week.
