Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator
About The Position
The Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator will play a vital role in advancing quality, safety, and continuous improvement in patient care through clinical trials and research initiatives that help transform research findings into meaningful outcomes for patients and communities. This position works closely with investigators, research staff, and patients to coordinate study activities and identify and engage potential research participants. The Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator supports performance improvement initiatives through medical record reviews and data collection and analysis to help identify opportunities, resolve concerns, and implement strategies that enhance outcomes and support a culture of excellence in care delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other Allied Health program
- 24 months clinical health care experience in any of the following: direct patient care, medical record and clinic/site reviews, patient complaint investigator, clinical guidelines, and quality of care/risk management/patient safety issues
