About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical quality assurance or healthcare quality management.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools relevant to clinical quality monitoring.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with diverse healthcare teams.
Analytical skills daily to interpret clinical data and identify trends that impact patient care quality.
Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with clinical staff, conducting training, and reporting findings to leadership.

Responsibilities
