Clinical Quality and Performance Improvement Specialist: RN/LCSW
About The Position
Four Winds Hospital is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Quality and Performance Improvement Specialist to work in our hospital located in Katonah, NY. Under the direction of the Director of Quality Management and Performance Improvement, responsibilities include Hospital Clinical Risk Management functions, including data collection and reporting to external agencies, planning, coordination and administration of the Performance Improvement Program, promoting the highest levels of care, quality, patient safety, operational efficiency, customer service, outcome measurement and overall performance excellence, maintaining a constant state of readiness relating to all regulatory and accreditation activities, providing hands on management of the functional areas of Performance Improvement and Risk Management, and demonstrating strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- Licensed professional (RN, LMSW, LCSW)
Nice To Haves
- Background in quality improvement/assurance is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
