About The Position
Intellect is seeking a licensed Clinical Counselor or Psychologist based in Virginia to join their growing provider community. The role involves providing 1:1 teletherapy sessions through a digital platform, collaborating with a clinical team, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and supporting individuals with various mental health challenges. The goal is to make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible.
Requirements
- Ph. D or Psy. D.
- ~3+ years clinical experience + 500 supervised hours
- Active license to practice in Virginia
- Successful completion of the EPPP
- Strong therapeutic foundation + passion for client care
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 teletherapy sessions through our engaging digital platform
- Collaborate with an experienced & supportive clinical team
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.)
- Support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma & more
- Help make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible
