Clinical Psychologist
About The Position
We are actively hiring talented Licensed Clinical Psychologists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This W2 employed position offers a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, ranging from $125,000-$160,000, along with a sign-on bonus and a cash-based incentive plan. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, 401K with 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and provided malpractice insurance. Both part-time and full-time options are available with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, to accommodate work/life balance. The company seeks psychologists who are fully licensed and credentialed in Washington with a Ph.D. or Psy.D., experienced in caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Psychological testing is available but not required. The position offers in-office and hybrid flexibility, with offices in Bothell and surrounding areas, and requires residence in Washington state for remote work.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
- Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- MUST reside in Washington state for remote
