About The Position

Achieve Behavioral Health is seeking additional clinical staff therapists to join our team! Provide ongoing psychotherapy services for clients of ACHIEVE Psychotherapy. Services should be consistent with evidence-based practices, patient-centered, and consistent with client need, involve collaterals, natural supports and community, as appropriate. It should be trauma-informed and medically-necessary to remediate pathology or prevent decompensation. As a CCBHC, our clinicians and staff are encouraged to use decision-making, provide services and referrals that are comprehensive, clinically driven, creative, proactive and supportive for the client. Documentation of all psychotherapy, intervention and treatment planning is an essential part of treatment. All assessments, treatment plans, etc. must be completed consistent with regulations and clinic policy. Yiddish and English speaking positions available.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing psychotherapy services for clients of ACHIEVE Psychotherapy.
Ensure services are consistent with evidence-based practices, patient-centered, and consistent with client need.
Involve collaterals, natural supports and community, as appropriate.
Provide trauma-informed and medically-necessary services to remediate pathology or prevent decompensation.
Use decision-making to provide services and referrals that are comprehensive, clinically driven, creative, proactive and supportive for the client.
Document all psychotherapy, intervention and treatment planning.
Complete all assessments, treatment plans, etc. consistent with regulations and clinic policy.
