Clinical Psychologist
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring clinical psychologists in the Rehoboth Beach area to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role offers a hybrid schedule with telemedicine and in-person flexibility, and focuses on clinical excellence and patient care. Psychologists may serve adults, children, and/or adolescents. Some psychological testing is part of the work; most testing will be referred to psychometrists. LifeStance Health is a national provider of evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, both at clinics and through telemedicine. The organization employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the United States. Requirements
- Be fully licensed and credentialed in one or more U.S. states.
- Hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
- Have experience caring for adults and/or children and adolescents.
- Have experience with testing intakes, planning assessment batteries, report writing, and feedback sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychological care to patients.
- Care for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Conduct testing intakes, plan assessment batteries, write reports, and provide feedback sessions.
- Perform some psychological testing; most testing is referred to psychometrists.
- Optionally collaborate with mid-level clinicians for additional compensation.
