About The Position

Culmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) – Clinical Psychologist (Clinical Support Tools) to support the development of evidence-based clinical support resources that advance psychological health care across the Military Health System (MHS). This position will provide senior-level expertise translating clinical research, practice guidelines, and policy recommendations into practical tools and products that improve awareness and adoption of evidence-based mental healthcare.

Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum of thirteen (13) years of post-doctoral clinical psychology experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing tools, training materials, or educational resources that support evidence-based mental healthcare delivery.
• Ability to translate complex clinical recommendations into actionable information products for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of product development from concept through dissemination.
• Ability to develop concise clinical recommendations based on evidence synthesis findings.
• Experience producing technical reports, presentations, briefings, manuscripts, and other professional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of clinical support tools, educational resources, provider guidance materials, patient-facing products, training resources, and technical reports.
• Work closely with clinicians, researchers, and government stakeholders to ensure products effectively support healthcare providers, service members, veterans, and families.
• Translate complex clinical recommendations into actionable information products for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Manage the full lifecycle of product development from concept through dissemination.
• Develop concise clinical recommendations based on evidence synthesis findings.
• Produce technical reports, presentations, briefings, manuscripts, and other professional deliverables.
