About The Position

We are actively hiring talented Licensed Clinical Psychologists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The position offers a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, ranging from $125,000-$160,000, as a W2 employed position. Benefits include a sign-on bonus, a cash-based incentive program, a comprehensive benefits package, 401K with 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. Both part-time and full-time options are available. The role requires psychologists to be fully licensed and credentialed in Washington with a Ph.D. or Psy.D., and experienced in caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Psychological testing is available but not required. Candidates must reside in Washington state for remote work. The company offers beautifully designed offices and a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, with no weekends, to accommodate work/life balance. Both in-office, hybrid, and remote flexibility are offered.

Requirements

Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
MUST reside in Washington state for remote
