About The Position

Elevate Counseling is a growing group practice with offices in Westmont and downtown Chicago, focused on holistic care and creating a stigma-free environment. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our diverse team of over 25 therapists. We offer a supportive work culture with a strong emphasis on clinician well-being and professional growth. The role provides autonomy to build a caseload aligned with clinical passions, supported by administrative and clinical teams. We serve a diverse client population including Teens, Adults, Couples, Families, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Requirements

A Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois (or currently license-eligible).
The ability and desire to conduct psychological assessments.
A culturally competent, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
A collaborative, positive attitude and a desire to be part of a fun and growing group practice.

Nice To Haves

Specialized training or certifications in modalities like EMDR, CBT, IFS, DBT.
Experience running intensives/support groups.

Responsibilities

Provide highly effective, evidence-based therapy to ideal client populations (Teens, Adults, Couples, Families, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ+ community).
Conduct Psychological Assessments: Expand services by conducting psychological testing and evaluations (e.g., ADHD, neurodiversity, diagnostic clarification).
Utilize clinical specialties such as trauma, anxiety, sports performance, or couples work, tailoring caseloads to clinical strengths.
Collaborate and consult with colleagues in a warm, team-oriented environment that encourages case consultation and peer support.
