About The Position

ERP International is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to support the Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) in Pensacola, FL. This role is part of the Psychological Health initiative under the Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (PH and TBI) program, which aims to address care gaps for injuries prevalent among combatants from the global war on terrorism. The program focuses on risk-based staffing and a uniform, best-practice standard of care across DOD to ensure easy, rapid access to PH care for all beneficiaries and to recognize the unique care coordination and case management requirements for PH and TBI patients.

Requirements

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA accredited psychology program.
Successful completion from an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed clinical psychologist.
Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist from any state.
Possess a current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.

Responsibilities

Practice within the guidelines of their state licensing board, American Psychological Association Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges.
Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing information from clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collateral sources, as appropriate.
Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders.
Provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups; help medical and surgical patients deal with illnesses or injuries.
Assist in rehabilitation of patients.
