About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking candidates for Post-Doctoral Fellowship positions, accepting applications on a rolling basis. Our practice offers a wide spectrum of psychotherapy services, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy, alongside psychological, neuropsychological, and pre-surgical evaluations, and psychiatry services. Post-doctoral fellows will engage in a combination of psychological/neuropsychological testing and counseling. Our national network allows us to connect fellows with clinicians across states and provide continuing education from national experts, ensuring high-quality training. Requirements

  • Completion of all doctoral degree requirements for a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
  • Strong assessment skills (particularly child psychological and neuropsychological testing) are highly recommended.
  • Can work 40 hours weekly.
  • Able to handle a rigorous schedule with a wide variety of experiences.
  • Looking to take the EPPP licensure exam prior to or immediately following the one-year mark of post-doctoral fellowship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological/neuropsychological testing.
  • Provide counseling services.
  • Carry a full caseload of psychotherapy and psychological testing clients for a diverse population.
  • Administer, score, and interpret the ADOS-2.
  • Participate in continuing education, case conferences, and psychology department meetings.
  • Collaborate with other staff members and work as a team.
  • Share knowledge and resources with others.
  • Develop leadership skills.
  • Find creative solutions to meeting the needs of the community.
