The University of Minnesota’s Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for a clinical-track faculty position at the Associate or Full Professor level. This faculty role serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at the Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC). CUHCC is a community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides integrated care for a highly diverse population of adults and children in partnership with the University of Minnesota and also serves as a training site for future healthcare professionals. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical and administrative leadership with the development of training and research opportunities and the implementation of optimal care delivery systems in an FQHC setting. Position Highlights: Exercise creativity and strategic thinking in clinical care management and clinical programming. Teach and supervise team members and trainees. Engage in research and other scholarly activities through the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Oversee the development of mental health services and clinical placements. Manage the annual department budget and a strategic work plan. Ensure that all programs comply with federal and state regulations and focus on providing integrated, trauma-informed care across the organization. Role Description: 0.50 FTE (20 hours per week) to provide strategic leadership and management of behavioral health services at CUHCC 0.20 FTE (8 hours per week) for clinical and administrative supervision 0.10 FTE (2 hours per week) for academic activities, including attending faculty meetings, Grand Rounds, and other department-based activities 0.20 FTE (8 hours per week) for direct patient care
