About The Position
Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC, a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits. Services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. The team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. They care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, treating each patient with compassion and respect, striving for individualized care.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.)
- Must have a license in the state of Florida or in the process of getting one
Nice To Haves
- Experience in conducting Neurocognitive and Neuropsychological Testing is preferred
- Work Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
- Option to provide psychotherapy & counseling services only, neuropsychological testing only, or a combination of both services
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
- Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services.
- Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, neuropsychological findings, and therapeutic strategies.
- Provide documentation of the services rendered in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development.
