Currently, we have outpatient clinics in Anoka, Apple Valley, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Centerville, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Maplewood, and St. Paul. LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota
- MD or DO
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult patients
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an outpatient care setting.
- Familiarity with digital health telemedicine offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Conduct patient evaluations and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medication.
- Collaborate with other clinical team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
