Requirements
- BS and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Residency experience required.
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience required.
- All employees must have basic computer skills to use a variety of electronic or online systems for communication, clinical and administrative purposes.
Nice To Haves
- PGY2 residency in Psychiatry preferred.
- Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or Psychiatry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily team-based rounding on their assigned unit and providing exemplary clinical care to their patients.
- Ensures optimal clinical care in the acute and residential/partial psychiatric setting, which includes aspects of general medicine, through assessment of patient-specific factors and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
