About The Position

Ergomed is seeking a freelance Clinical Project Manager with Mandarin fluency and early phase oncology experience. This role will initially involve supporting bid defense activities on a 30-hour per month contract, with the potential for increased hours once work is awarded. The position requires serving as a primary point of contact with sponsors and Ergomed Senior Management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope, while maintaining industry, sponsor, and Ergomed quality standards. Responsibilities include liaising with project team members, providing training, ensuring correct task allocation, and developing/reviewing project plans. The role also involves organizing and facilitating project meetings for study activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience serving as a Project Manager of international clinical trials in a CRO environment in early phase oncology
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Bachelors’ Degree in a science related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with sponsor and Ergomed Senior Management on project status
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and agreed scope, maintaining the appropriate industry, sponsor and Ergomed quality standards
• Liaise with project team members, provide training where needed and ensure correct allocation to tasks
• Develop, review, and edit project plans to assure consistency with goals and milestones
• Organization and facilitation of project meetings related to study activities (study organization, initiation, execution, closure)
