The Disparities Research Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a clinical project manager for a research study focused on addressing health and healthcare inequities in socially vulnerable communities. The Project Manager will have a lead role in coordinating logistics, scheduling, and communication between research and clinical teams to implement mental health, obesity, and cancer screening interventions across clinics in Massachusetts. The incumbent will coordinate the scheduling of training and coaching activities across cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between research and clinical teams. The Project Manager will set up, organize, and maintain a system of folders for shared documentation and provide supplementary support to partners who require access and use of these materials. The Project Manager will additionally maintain the overall list of activities/study timelines and provide support to the staff/teams in fulfilling deliverables required to achieve study milestones. They will work closely with intervention project managers to support day-to-day activities and troubleshooting, assist in the development and ongoing support for three CME sessions, and support intervention updates. They will visit participating clinical sites as needed to ensure availability of needed materials, arrange logistics, and support clinical team members in meeting project goals.
