About The Position

We are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to serve as the Regional Lead and the tactical owner of study execution in the assigned countries. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver on our clinical trials while maximizing our clinical trial footprint across specific regional health networks and trial sites. You are a leader who can simultaneously drive global strategy at the site level and mentor your teammates as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience in clinical research, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager leading multi-center trials and 3+ years as a CRA
  • A strong understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA/Health Canada regulations, and the nuances of managing Phase I-III clinical trials
  • Experience with advanced CTMS, eTMF, and EDC platforms, using these tools to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Able and willing to travel (~15%) for co-monitoring/quality control visits and territory development
  • An outstanding communicator, team player, and relationship builder
  • Continued inspiration by working with teammates and partners to bring innovative medicines to patients, and known for attention to detail, timelines and creative thinking
  • A passion for science, operational excellence, and innovation

Responsibilities

  • Leading cross-functional country- and regional-level study teams to ensure clinical supply and regulatory goals are aligned
  • Developing and maintaining the Country or Regional Execution Plan(s) to ensure local site activation meets global milestones
  • Managing the execution of clinical trials, serving as the primary liaison in the assigned countries
  • Identifying and qualifying high-performing private research sites to diversify our profile beyond traditional academic centers
  • Overseeing the operational implementation of protocols, ensuring site-level execution matches scientific intent
  • Navigating the specific regional ethics landscape to ensure competitive start-up at our local sites
