Requirements

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities

Supervise clinical activities and resource within clinical specialty or department.
Coordinate staff scheduling and training activities.
Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care.
Perform quality assurance studies and assist with implementation of quality assurance and/or improvement initiatives.
Serve as resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
Monitor departmental compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
