As the Clinical Program Supervisor, you would serve as the clinical expert and mentor for unlicensed therapy staff. The Clinical Program Supervisor provides clinical supervision for all Intake, Therapy and Case Management staff for their office locations and others as assigned. In addition, the position will provide direct care and participate on agency and local Committee’s pertaining to the Clinical Services Policy & Procedure development, Quality Control, and new services development. The Clinical Program Supervisor will report to the COO. Omni Family of Services is a multi-state human services agency providing foster care, adoption, outpatient behavioral health, and community based family support services to children, adults, and families. We offer unwavering support to vulnerable children, adults & families through exceptional child welfare and behavioral health services. Requirements

  • Be a independently licensed clinician with at least two years of clinical provider experience.
  • Have one year of demonstrated supervisory abilities.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and computer/keyboard skills required.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
  • Must be able to communicate the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Certified in first aid/CPR, Certification in proper de-escalation techniques using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions required.
