About The Position

The Clinical Program Supervisor – REACH Team Lead works with the REACH management team to provide for overall management, supervision, and program development of a REACH community-based team. Ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services. Provides direct services to individuals served.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia DMAS approved Human Services field.
  • Current enrollment in a clinical licensure track Master's Program.
  • At least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses.
  • Ability to register as License eligible is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure is preferred.
