Clinical Program Operations Lead

Luro HealthHarrisburg, PA
$90,000 - $140,000Remote

About The Position

Luro Health is a mission-driven telehealth organization committed to improving health outcomes for Medicare and Medicaid patients through evidence-informed, multidisciplinary care. We partner with safety-net providers to expand access, reduce friction in care delivery, and deliver measurable outcomes for underserved communities. As an early stage but rapidly growing health tech start-up, we are building a world-class team that combines clinical rigor, operational excellence, and practical technology to scale high-quality care nationally.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally in telehealth, FQHC, multi-site ambulatory care, practice management, implementation, care coordination, or multi-site service delivery.
  • Experience owning clinic performance, launch readiness, partner relationships, live operations, or complex day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment. Comfort running multiple center launches while also owning live operations is important.
  • People-management experience leading frontline clinical operations, care coordination, or similar operational teams, including setting performance expectations, coaching managers or senior individual contributors where applicable, building accountability mechanisms, and improving team capacity as the organization scales.
  • Strong systems-building capability, including automations, dashboards, workflows, reporting pipelines, or AI-enabled tools you designed and implemented yourself. We will ask candidates to describe something they personally built.
  • Comfort using operational metrics to identify risks, improve workflows, and drive outcomes such as referral volume, appointment conversion, visit completion, follow-up reliability, staffing coverage, provider utilization, and patient access.
  • Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to create structure while priorities, workflows, staffing models, and technology continue to evolve.

Nice To Haves

  • While this role is remote, we prefer candidates based in NY, NJ, or PA to support collaboration with our team and periodic work with regional partner clinic sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational readiness and launch execution for new partner centers, including workflows, staffing plans, documentation, issue tracking, and go-live stabilization.
  • Own the day-to-day operational relationship with partner clinics, including recurring operating reviews, issue resolution, escalation judgment, and follow-through on commitments.
  • Run live virtual clinic operations across scheduling, patient flow, visit completion, follow-up reliability, patient experience, provider capacity, and Care Coordinator coverage. After launch, own resource utilization across provider capacity, appointment slots, Care Coordinator time, and staffing coverage so each center runs at full productivity.
  • Drive patient acquisition and retention by strengthening referral habits, tracking funnel performance, identifying drop-off points, and improving conversion from referral to completed visit.
  • Manage and coach Care Coordinators, including workload allocation, performance feedback, coverage planning, escalation support, and consistent execution of care coordination workflows.
  • Build scalable systems, dashboards, SOPs, automations, reporting routines, and AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual work and improve operational visibility. This role is for someone who builds systems, not just someone who uses them.
  • Partner cross-functionally with implementation, medical leadership, product, engineering, marketing, data, finance, vendors, and partner clinic teams to unblock problems and support growth

Benefits

  • Competitive salary ($90,000 – $140,000), commensurate with experience
  • Stock option grants for long-term shared success
