The 1440 Pine Clinical Program Manager will lead and manage a supportive services team at 1440 Pine. This includes a 40-unit permanent supportive housing program for 18-24 year-olds exiting homelessness in the Boulder area. The Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for the overall design and delivery of the services in the project, fidelity of Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Housing First and Positive Youth Development philosophies, developing and enhancing partnerships with local organizations that will be providing on-site and off-site services, and implementing/evaluating the project and project outcomes. The Clinical Program Manager will also oversee the clinical programming provided by the clinician and clinical interns. Clinical services provided include individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis response. Using a Housing First model, 1440 Pine provides stable, affordable housing paired with supportive services to help tenants transition to independence and prevent long-term homelessness. More than just a place to live, 1440 Pine offers supportive services to increase stability, creative spaces, and a strong sense of community—empowering young people to build brighter futures and permanently exit homelessness.
