Clinical Program Director
About The Position
The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of SUDT services delivered at the assigned MA DOC location(s). This includes ensuring that clinical services are delivered in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical philosophy and design, in accordance with evidence-based practices, and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies. The role requires knowledge with respect to all governing regulatory bodies and accreditation standards as they pertain to clinical services. The Clinical Program Director may also maintain a clinical caseload, as needed, to support patient care and SUDT operations. This position works closely with the Executive Clinical Director and other management staff to ensure smooth operation, the delivery of quality services, and the coordination of all clinical services.
Requirements
- Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician or LADC-1 required
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a substance use disorder treatment, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling preferred
- Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, NCCHC standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred
