Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. They offer evidence-based treatment for a wide range of behavioral health issues to adults, youth, and seniors. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH is dedicated to helping clients lead fulfilling lives. FBH provides various services including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, and crisis services, with partnerships with schools and law enforcement. Their services are evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and trauma-informed. The Clinical Program Director is a leadership role at FBH, collaborating with the Chief Clinical Officer and Sr. Director of Behavioral Health Services to develop and implement treatment programs for adults and/or children/adolescents within available resources. This role involves monitoring assigned programs for quality of care, efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and compliance with accreditation standards, laws, regulations, and FBH policies. The Director participates in the FBH Leadership team for executive management, program development, and planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring clients receive appropriate and timely services, maintaining continuity and coordination of care internally and with community providers, and ensuring services align with FBH managed care principles. The Clinical Program Director oversees several programs including Adult Outpatient Services (Mary Higgins and Boone Locations), Youth & Adult Services (Lidgerwood Location), Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT I & PACT II Teams), and New Journeys Program I & II.
