About The Position

Clinical Coordinators Make It Possible - ED/ Critical Care Department - Full time - Evenings. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring optimal continuity of care for patients and their families. In this role, you will ensure support, coordination, and education of care by fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. Play an integral part in the patient experience through clinical assessments and follow up for and work with closely with our support to the nurses. This is a full time Evening shift position, working varied start and end times, 4, 10 hour shifts per week.

Requirements

BSN
Current NYS RN Licensure
At least 5 years of experience (Adult Ed and Peds)
On-site presence required
Live within a commutable distance to NYP

Nice To Haves

Masters in Nursing
Prior experience in acute care
CEN or willingness to obtain in 1 year
Recent preceptor experience
