Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
  • Collaborate with Providers: Meet with new and current providers to discuss, build, and implement Epic template builds and changes utilizing the DOM’s excel spreadsheet schedule template.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with hospital clinic managers and template build team to approve and build Epic templates.
  • Manage and monitor Gone Time for both divisions.
  • Create and prepare monthly learner schedule assigning residents, students, and external learners with providers.
  • Create and maintain quarterly consult schedule and enter schedule in QGenda.
  • Maintain program timelines including tracking deadlines and program components.
  • Coordinate program budget as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of program staff as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling people and material resources.
  • Conduct or coordinate training for program participants as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data.
  • Provide input on program design.
  • Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations as needed.
  • Collaborate on the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
