Clinical/Practice Assistant Lead, Urology
About The Position
Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Clinic/Practice Assistant Lead to support daily operations at their busy outpatient Urology practice located at 400 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA. This role involves supporting workflow, troubleshooting issues, orienting and training team members, and serving as a key resource for scheduling, registration, and billing systems. The ideal candidate will have leadership, organization, and patient-service skills, and enjoy leading by example, solving problems, supporting staff, and creating a reliable, welcoming experience for patients and providers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Five to seven years of office experience required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning clinical administrative systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to support, guide, and collaborate with staff at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and the needs of a fast-paced outpatient practice.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accurate administrative workflows.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
