The PAC Manager will serve as a contract Post-Acute Care subject matter expert within Optum’s Inpatient Case Management and Clinical Variation solution, supporting strategic client partnerships through the design, implementation, and optimization of Post-Acute Care programs. This role is focused on providing hands-on advisory leadership, bringing deep operational expertise to help clients improve care delivery and post-acute performance. The successful consultant will thrive in fast-paced client environments, collaborate effectively with cross-functional Optum and client teams, and engage confidently with senior leaders, providers, and operational stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes. In this role, the PAC Manager will provide program and engagement management support, guiding Optum and client teams through targeted initiatives to improve care efficiency, post-acute utilization, and health system financial sustainability. As a client-facing consultant, this individual will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across Optum business units, align solutions to client priorities, and support the successful execution of defined project objectives over the course of the engagement.
